Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original Giani boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive safely at our warehouse.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality team inspects the returned furniture, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
